I’m going to read some of my favorite verses from the Bible.

Philippians 4:13 says,

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” 

I like this verse because it helps me remember that I am not alone and that God is always with me.

And when I have to do something hard like pick up my toys or share with my brother, sister or friends, I know that God will give me strength because he loves me.

Psalm 46:10 says,

“Be still and know that I am God.”

I like this verse because it helps me to remember how I can hear from God.

One of my favorite stories in the Bible is the story of Esther. She was a simple girl like you and me but God used her in a powerful way to save her people from destruction.

One of my favorite verses about her is in Esther 4:14. It says,

“And who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this.”

You never know when God may call you to help others or even save them from death so this verse helps me to remember to always be ready and watching for how I can serve Jesus.
